Women’s Boot Camp

These are classes that will challenge you and keep you engaged while creating a fun, hard working environment.

Group FIT is not just a fitness class.  The concept is built from a philosophy that breeds elite level athletes.  It fosters the drive to constantly become better, become smarter about how you achieve your goals and work harder than anyone else around you to reach them.  This idea is something that is contagious when training in In-Tech’s atmosphere.  The people training next to you will push you to achieve, just like teammates on a team.  At In-Tech, we are a family; a team that wants to constantly improve and support one another.  Train Hard. Classes will be held 3 days a week in the evening.

Class 1 (G.I. Jane) Battle Ropes Tires

This is a high-intensity, full bodywork out that focuses on building the body and shredding away the rest.  It is circuit style training encompassing plyometrics, kettle bells and functional movements that will give you the physique you want, and allow you to get toned, while not becoming bulky.

Class 2 (Punch Out) Boxing Conditioning

“Knock ‘em out with your hands or your looks!”

This is a conditioning class that pushes the entire body to get you into fighting shape. You learn the basics of boxing while getting a great workout. The class involves skipping, core work, muscular endurance, and technique. Time is allotted for one-on-one training for immediate feedback so that you can apply it to the class and wherever else you may need it.

Class 3 (Sunday Shred)

This is a class designed to help sweat out the bad habits from the weekend and get you back into training mindset and form. This class focuses on core, stability, and bursts of cardio to help deliver results. Come ready to train hard and set the “tone” for the upcoming week!
